AIMS AND OBJECTIVES:

Promoting and
facilitating the development of football through
sustainable infrastructural and training
initiatives.

pro-active dialogue with the government to
generate a partnership in recognition of
football as a national asset.

beneficial relationship with the corporate

Africa’s ascendancy in world football through
the production of superstars in Africa , while
aspiring and striving to become a leading
football nation.

mechanism for communication and keeping up to
date with developments in soccer.

Promotion of best
practice in the management of soccer in the
largely rural areas of Nigeria

decision making in the NFA and the Department of
Sport.

and improvement of the standard of recreation
focusing in producing soccer pioneers of
tomorrow.

and to revive cultural ethics.

of HIV Aids, stress, crime, abuse of drugs and
alcohol amongst youth, and defend young peoples
rights as laid down by the Nigeria Constitution
and make it possible for them to benefit from
governmental structures such as Department of
Sport, Art and Recreation, NFA and others.
This project is the brainchild of Eunice Uche Chioma
Agu. I have a strong vision and passion for
football. AG Eunice Football Academy uses football
as a simple but effective tool to engage a large
pool of street children on a regular basis who
traditionally have little access to sporting
activities. We then aim to develop individual’s
abilities and talents through coachng, both on and
off the football pitch, with the aim of progressing
individuals through a program of non-formal
education. This is complemented by a fun and goal
orientated reward system for the individual.
SCOPE OF OPERATION
The academy is structured to serve all the young
people of Nigeria regardless of the race, gender,
and religion as long as they have an ability to
play.
